Reverse 2FA — the caller proves who they are before you say a word.

  1. Agent initiates. The institution starts a verification session through the API. Your phone lights up: “First Harbor CU is verifying you right now.”
  2. Institution proves first. Confirm in-app with one tap — or have the agent read the institution code and match it against your screen.
  3. You prove back. Read your user code; the agent submits it for a match. Two directions, two different codes — a captured code is useless the other way.
